THE VISION
Jogyakarta Airport is a key international gateway for Central Java, redefining regional air travel infrastructure. Monalisa was commissioned to provide 80,000 square meters of multi-size unglazed porcelain tiles, marrying flexible layout adaptability with outstanding durability and visual consistency.
The design language focused on creating a seamless, harmonious flow across the airport’s diverse functional zones. Every tile was selected to align with the terminal’s modern architectural language, ensuring a unified aesthetic from check-in halls to boarding gates while meeting the demands of high-traffic operations.
